Installation and debugging method

1. Movement and fix the machine

Confirm the place to put the machine, movement and put lightly. Put the machine on the flat ground without vibration.

Supporting leg rise when clockwise adjust knob, when supporting leg is higher than wheel, wheel is down to the ground, machine can move. When machine is in suitable place, anticlockwise adjust knob to drop the supporting leg. When wheel is higher than supporting leg, then leg is on the ground to fix the machine.

2. Electrical installation

Electrical panel is in front of machine, power plugs installation is below, use 220V and 60Hz, noted that machine should make ground connection.

Connector of air intake is on the side of the machine, see picture below, air pressure should be 0.65～1MPa.

Pneumatic FRL and electromagnetic valve are at the back of machine, see picture below. Adjust pressure of pneumatic FRL to 0.65～1MPa, adjust pressure of air flow reducing valve used to clean waste to 0.1～0.15MPa. Five electromagnetic valves connect pneumatic components, from left to right are reducing valve used to clean waste, Feed Cylinder, Cut Cylinder, Compress Cylinder, Flaring Cylinder.

Ensure Electrical installation right before using machine, check pneumatic components damage or not, connection part is loose or not.

3. Machine test

Check and adjust pressing positioning device and center of spindle location hole to assure conformance with help of universal magnetic dial indicator.

Adjust X-axle & Y-axle direction for flaring knife, see picture below. Adjust flaring knife to proper position by testing pistons.

Micrometer used to adjust X-axle of flaring knife: adjust X-axle of flaring knife to proper position, then lock slider locking knob to fix the X-axle of flaring knife.

Slider locking knob: clockwise rotate to lock slider locking and anticlockwise to loose.

Micrometer used to adjust Y-axle of flaring knife: adjust Y-axle of flaring knife to proper position. This micrometer has own lock knob, adjust to proper position, then clockwise rotate to lock the knob, to fix height position when flaring.

Adjust X-axle & Y-axle direction for cutting knife, see picture below. Adjust cutting knife to proper position by testing pistons.

Micrometer used to adjust X-axle of cutting knife: adjust X-axle of cutting knife to proper position, this micrometer has own lock knob, adjust to proper position, then clockwise rotate to lock the knob, to fix X-axle position when cutting.

Slider locking knob: clockwise rotate to lock slider locking up and down movement and anticlockwise to loose.

Micrometer used to adjust Y-axle of cutting knife: adjust Y-axle of cutting knife to proper position, then lock slider locking knob to fix height position when cutting.
